IN THEIR WORDS

Adrian Walker is an outstanding young journalist – talented, hardworking and enthusiastic. I had the
pleasure of working with him during two National Championship seasons, during which he really threw
himself into telling the story of our team. He became knowledgeable about our sport and showed such
genuine interest and enthusiasm that he made it easy for our players and staff to open up in interviews.

He and his team put in many hours of work to produce a documentary on our 2018 season and the result is
exceptional. It’s enjoyable to watch and really captures the season, both the winning field hockey and the
emotion behind it.

I believe Adrian will go far in broadcast journalism and I look forward to watching his rise.
